1. What are the general requirements to apply for AEON CARD?

The general requirements to apply for AEON CARD are:

• Age requirement:
    – Primary Cardholder: 21-65 years old
    – Supplementary Cardholder: 17-65 years old

• Minimum income: Rp3,000,000.-/month

2. How can I apply for AEON CARD?

  • Sales
    Meet our sales team by appointment or any AEON booth where you will be assisted in the application process. Call our AEON Customer Service at (021) 2971 1000 for meeting arrangement or AEON booth location information.
     
  • AEON Service Counter
    Get the application form at your nearest AEON Service Counter. Once you have completed the application, please submit it along with the required supporting documents. For AEON Service Counter information, please click here.

 

3. What are the steps to apply for AEON CARD?

To apply for AEON CARD, you must complete the following steps:

  • Fill in and complete the AEON CARD application and sign your application as per your ID Card / Passport.
  • Attach a copy of your ID Card and supporting documents along with the application.
  • Pass on your application & supporting documents to AEON Sales Team at any AEON booth, or at AEON Service Counter.

 

4. How long will my AEON CARD application be processed?

Once we have received your completed AEON CARD application along with the supporting documents, you will be able to find out whether your application has been approved or not within 14 (fourteen) working days. If your application is approved, you will be receiving a SMS notification and your card will be delivered within 5-10 working days.

 

5. How do I check my application status?

The status of your application can be obtained through Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system by calling AEON Customer Service at (021) 2971 1000. Please follow the instructions below:

  • Press “1” for “Credit Card Information”
  • Press “5” for “Credit Card Application Status”
  • Press the numbers of your ID Card/Passport and mobile phone as stated in the application

 

6. How do I activate my AEON CARD?

  • Keep your AEON CARD handy before calling AEON Customer Service
  • Contact AEON Customer Service number at (021) 2971 1000
  • Press “1” for “Credit Card Information”
  • Press “3” for “Credit Card Activation”

You will be assisted by AEON Customer Service Representative to activate your AEON CARD upon personal data verification.

 

7. How do I use my AEON CARD for the first time?

You will be able to transact with AEON CARD at all merchant with “VISA” logo after you have activated your AEON CARD through AEON Customer Service.

 

8. How do request or change my PIN number to my AEON CARD?

You will be able to request for New PIN number or change PIN number through Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system by calling AEON Customer Service at (021) 2971 1000.

Please follow the instructions below:

  • Press “1” for “Credit Card Information”
  • Press “4” for “PIN Number Request/Change”

You will be guided by an automatic response machine for your new PIN Number or changing your PIN number.

 

9. What is the maximum cash advance withdraw amount using AEON CARD?

The maximum cash advance withdraw amount varies depending on each Card holder's limit. The maximum cash advance withdraw amount from an ATM with "VISA" or "PLUS" logo is set as Rp10,000,000 per day regulated by Bank Indonesia.

 

9. How do I pay my AEON CARD Bill?

You are suggested to make payment on your Credit Card billing prior to the due date (the 2nd of each month) in order to avoid penalty and/or late charge. You may make payment through the following channels:

  • ATM
  • POST Office
  • Indomaret
  • AEON Pick-up Service

11. How much penalty do I need to pay for late AEON CARD payment?

Credit Card payment that is received after the due date (the 2nd of each month) will be imposed a penalty of 3% from total billing or maximum of Rp150,000 (whichever is lower). Late penalty fee will be billed on the next monthly billing.

 

12. What do I need to do if there is a mistake in my AEON CARD billing statement?

Should there be a mistake or information discrepancy in your billing statement, please contact AEON Customer Service at (021) 2971 1000. Any queries or request over transaction should be requested at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days since the date that you received your billing.

 

13. What is AEON Happy Point?

Every time you shop using your AEON Card with the amount of Rp2,500, you will atomically receive 1 (one) AEON Happy Point (Rp2,500 = 1 AEON Happy Point). AEON Happy Point will be shown in your credit card billing statement. AEON Happy Point can be collected and accumulated to be exchanged with various rewards such as shopping vouchers and other interesting gifts. AEON Happy Point is only applicable for retail and installment transactions.

14. How do I check and redeem my AEON Happy Point?

You will be able to check your AEON Happy Point by referring to your monthly billing statement or by contacting AEON Customer Service through Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.

When you wish to redeem your AEON Happy Point, you will be able to speak with AEON Customer Service representative by contacting AEON Customer Service.

Please follow the instructions below when contacting AEON Customer Service at (021) 2971 1000:

  • Press "1" for "Credit Card Information"
  • Press "6" for "AEON Happy Point Information and Redemption"
  • Press the numbers of your Credit Card Number and your Date of Birth
  • Press "1" for "AEON Happy Point Information" or
  • Press "2" for "AEON Happy Point Redemption" where you will be connected to AEON Customer Service Representative who will assist you to redeem your AEON Happy Points.

 

15. How do I report if my AEON CARD is lost or stolen?

  • Contact AEON Customer Service at (021) 2971 1000
  • Press “1” for “Credit Card Information”
  • Press “1” for “To Report Lost or Stolen Card”

You will be assisted by AEON Customer Service Representative to block and reissue your AEON CARD upon personal data verification. To reissue a new AEON CARD, you will be charged Rp50,000,- and the fee will be billed on the next monthly billing.

 

16. What do I need to do if there are any changes on my personal data?

In accordance with the Bank Indonesia’s regulation, the customer is required to update his/her latest personal data by contacting AEON Customer Service at (021) 2971 1000.
